SIGN UPJAY STANDISH
I've always been into fitness and trained all my life. Before I became a personal trainer I worked in the building industry but I always knew that wasn't the career for me.
Because of my passion for sports and training, I retrained and became a PT in 2017 and made the move to online training at the start of the pandemic in 2020.
Since then, I've helped thousands of people achieve their body goals and improve their health and well-being - providing accessible and inclusive training online. I want to help as many people achieve their goals as I can.
I'm also passionate about giving back to the community, just recently I donated the proceeds from our 'Four weeks Fit' to a local charity who makes dreams come true for children suffering with cancer and I look forward to working with more charities in the future.
My overall aim to is to change people's mindset about training and diet, to help them understand that the end goal is about feeling good and gaining confidence through a better lifestyle.
